Boston Wine Expo | Giveaway


Friends, this week I am giving away a pair of tickets to the Boston Wine Expo Sunday Grand Tasting. I attended this event for the first time last year, it's a blast! Please leave a comment telling me your favorite wine at the moment. A winner will be chosen at random on Friday and the tickets will be emailed the day before the event. 

 Must be 21 to enter. These tickets are for Sunday, February 15th. Additional tickets can be purchased here.

    Daisy, I'm currently in love with the Lapostolle Cuvee Alexandre (2012 vintage) from the Colchagua Valley in Chile; a smooth but complex Merlot and Carmenere blend aged 9 months in French oak barrels and very reasonably priced at $15. Let this wine breathe or decant for an hour, then pair it with your favorite cheese plate. Hope you enjoy!

    PS. The Wine Expo sounds super fun - would be great to go!

    My favorite white is Rombauer Chardonnay. It's buttery smooth and goes well with seafood and any spicy cuisine. I also like Las Rocas for Spanish red, very reasonably priced under $12. Like you last year, this will be my first time and I hope to experience the most talked about event in Boston at the moment.

    I am different from most probably and love sweeter fruitier wines!! I love Rieslings and Pinot Grigios!! I love Chateau Ste. Michelle Rieslings!! I would love to experience and taste all the options at the wine fest!!
