A Thanksgiving Libation

I'll take my pumpkin pie in liquid form, thanks. This seasonal inspired cocktail was created by my friend Tricia. We drank them in Portsmouth, NH hanging out in our hotel room before hitting the town. Hence the plastic cups. This is the type of cocktail where one is all you need, at most two, similar to a slice of pumpkin pie. It is definitely sweet, but not too sweet, the rum tempers the rest, so be generous with that.

Pumpkin Pie Cocktail
-2 parts Captain Morgan spiced rum
-1 part Pumpkin Spice liqueur
-3 parts Apple Cider
-combine in a cup with ice
-garnish with whipped cream
-top w. a dash of pumpkin pie spice
I love this time of year!

Hope you're all enjoy the holiday with good food, drink, family and friends. Happy Thanksgiving!
